🌸 Hi! I’m JT 👋🏻
🍀 Let me show YOU all the things you can do to TRANSFORM your LIFE and your GARDEN

This plant doesn’t care about trends — it is t This plant doesn’t care about trends — it is the trend. Meet Weigela: the show-off your garden needs.

If your borders are looking a bit… meh, Weigela is the drama you’ve been waiting for. With bold pinks, deep purples, and leaves that look good even when nothing’s blooming — it’s a low-maintenance stunner that smacks you right in the face but then is so lovely you forgive it.

How to grow Weigela (without messing it up):
 • Loves full sun (but can handle light shade).
 • Prune right after flowering to keep it bushy and bold.
 • Hardy. so yes, it’s tougher than it looks.
 • Water regularly in the first season, then it’s mostly drought-tolerant.
 • Looks great in mixed borders, cottage gardens, or even large pots.

Hot tip: Go for Weigela ‘Wine & Roses’ or ‘Florida Variegata’ if you want major colour contrast.

Most brides order their flowers. I, apparently, th Most brides order their flowers. I, apparently, thought it would be fun to grow mine from seed. Since January. Because who doesn’t want to risk their entire wedding aesthetic on some tiny plants? After months of watering, babysitting, and fighting off slugs like a gladiator… they’re finally in the ground. Will they bloom? Who knows! Follow me to find out!

Biodegradable pots: great for the planet, terrible Biodegradable pots: great for the planet, terrible for my patience. If yours fall apart faster than your willpower, here’s how to stop them disintegrating before planting! #gardeningtips #sustainablegardening #biodegradablepots #ecofriendlygardening #gardeninghacks #thegirlwhostaresatplants #gardening #growyourown
STOP pulling your weeds… unless you like doing f STOP pulling your weeds… unless you like doing free labor for Mother Nature just to make your garden worse.

Seriously — every time you yank a weed, you’re exposing your soil, drying it out, and making room for EVEN MORE plants you DON’T want in your garden. (they’ll come back stronger, like a bad ex).

Weeds are nature’s band-aid: they protect, cover, and heal the soil. PLUS they are FABULOUS for wildlife. Which in turn will make your favourite plants even better!

Wanna actually have fewer weeds? COVER. YOUR. SOIL.

Let’s stop fighting nature and start working with it.

Would love to hear your views on this!
